Virtual Guided Breathwork & Meditation

Have your team guided on a 30-60 minute breathwork journey that can occur in person or virtually. The benefits can include increasing oxygen levels in the body, improving circulation, boosting the immune system, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing energy levels, and improving overall well-being. Additionally, some teams have reported experiencing improved focus, creativity, connectivity, and performance after practicing the breathing technique.

Onsite WHM Fundamentals Workshop

A 3-4 hour workshop can occur onsite at your office, home, or an off-site event facility. This experience teaches participants the three pillars of the method: breathing technique, cold exposure, and mindset. The workshop is limited to 30 participants, so larger groups may need to be split into multiple days or time slots so individuals can receive personalized attention. The program introduces the method, followed by a breathing session and an ice bath.
