Inner Breath & Ice Bath Workshop

Immerse yourself in the expertise of a certified WHM Instructor and discover the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathwork, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Learn how to optimize your body and mind using oxygen and cold exposure while understanding the underlying physiology. With limited spots available (typically 20 participants or less), our workshops offer a personalized experience with ample attention and tailored feedback to address your specific needs. Whether you seek mental or physical improvement, relief from illness symptoms, or simply curiosity about the method, a WHM workshop has something for everyone. The program begins with introducing the Wim Hof Method, followed by a breathing session and an optional ice bath. The workshop encourages reflection and provides opportunities for questions throughout. Upon registration, you’ll receive a detailed overview of the day. If you’re new to cold exposure, we recommend gradually incorporating cold showers leading up to the workshop, focusing on relaxation and controlled breathing. This workshop is suitable for all, with a basic level of health required. We advise against participation during pregnancy or if you have epilepsy. If you have cardiovascular issues or other serious health conditions, it’s important to consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
